Natural Family Planning

Natural Family Planning (NFP) teaches couples about their combined fertility. It is a shared method where both husband and wife take responsibility for family planning. Teaching couples to understand and chart the woman's cyclical patterns, enables them to identify their window of fertility in each cycle.

All classes will be held at Christ the King Retreat Center, 804 Ford, San Angelo
